BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The principal oversight body of INFINITUS is the Board of Directors, tasked with overarching responsibility for guiding the strategic direction. This includes shaping commercial and financial strategies and managing relationships with stakeholders. The Board also oversees crucial functions like nominating Executive Directors, the Executive Committee, and senior employees, as well as planning for leadership succession.
Directors with executive roles are also part of the Executive Committee and various sub-committees. The management is distinguished by concise reporting lines, streamlined structures, well-defined and separate responsibilities, and a strong emphasis on personal accountability.
